Custom auto air freshener is an amazing and unique gift idea for Thanksgiving. This is a very small yet practical gift which is easy to customize according to the occasion. Your logo and thank you message can be printed on this product along with custom fragrance. The cost for ordering 100 pieces is $1.65 each and 500 pieces is $0.95 each before shipping. (Prices accurate up to September 2026) Thanksgiving is on November 26, 2026.
The vast majority of Thanksgiving giveaways are simply eaten, used once or placed in a drawer. For example, a piece of pie is consumed in just one day. Similarly, a flyer or a pen ends up in the trash can. In this way, the guests enjoy the moment, but they will forget who gave the gift to them.
This is the reason why organizers are constantly searching for something else. What they are looking for is a giveaway that people would actually use and that will remind the recipient of their thanks.
Some of the most common Thanksgiving giveaway ideas for events are:
➯ Small baked goods or treat bags
➯ Candles or scented sachets
➯ Tote bags or reusable cups
➯ Notepads, pens or magnets
➯ Car air fresheners with your logo
The first few ideas mentioned above are nice, however, they are quite common and thus guests get the same thing every time. At the same time, car air fresheners are not yet common as favors.
The following are some reasons why a custom air freshener for cars makes an excellent Thanksgiving gift idea:
➯ Its usage is everyday, since it hangs in a car and not in a closet.
➯ It will last several weeks, which means that the message will be seen for a long time.
➯ It is lightweight and thin, so it will be easy to transport and distribute.
➯ It doesn’t require refrigeration, packaging, or cleaning.
➯ It is possible to put a design on two sides, like putting “Thankful for you” on one side and the details about the event on the other.
In summary, it is a one-day occasion that becomes a one-month reminder. Also, it doesn’t require any action from the guest, since they only need to hang it up.
Any event at which you would like to thank numerous individuals could benefit from using bulk giveaways. Such as:
➯ Church and community Thanksgiving dinners
➯ School events and PTA meetings
➯ Thanksgiving lunches for employees and clients
➯ Turkey drives and days volunteering at a food bank
➯ Events for customers at restaurants and other businesses
➯ Neighborly get-togethers and Friendsgivings
Since this item is geared toward cars, it would be more appropriate for guests that are adults. A different gift might be better suited for any younger guests.
Custom scent adds an atmosphere to the favor. Rather than having any other fragrance, you can use the one that complements the season like spices, apple, or vanilla. In this way, the favor will seem like a thoughtful gift.
According to the Air Trends International pricing page, it is possible to have a custom blend on special request. This is because special requests can affect the final price and therefore it is recommended that you get a quote before ordering. Also, it is better to go for a subtle scent due to its sensitivity among many people.
You can design your car air freshener online without any help from a designer or special designing program. Using Air Trends International Design Center, you have an option to either upload your art or select one from pre-designed ones. Here are some steps that you should follow:
➯ Select the shape of your air freshener.
➯ Upload your logo or event art work.
➯ Write down your short thank-you note such as "Thankful for you this Thanksgiving."
➯ Design the back side with your event name, date, phone number, or QR code.
➯ Enter your quantity and price.
Some design tips would suit nicely as well. For example, using a harvest color scheme works well for your design. Another idea is using a short message rather than a long one. In case you doubt about uploading of your logo on the print, the art department of the company can advise you.
The price depends mostly on quantity, since the setup cost is shared across more pieces. Using the listed pricing from September 2026 (shipping not included), here are a few real examples:
➯ 100 pieces at $1.65 each come to $165.
➯ 200 pieces at $1.10 each come to $220.
➯ 500 pieces at $0.95 each come to $475.
➯ 1,000 pieces at $0.85 each come to $850.
The listed price includes full-color printing on both sides, individual wrapping, and an attached elastic. A good rule is to order a little more than your guest list. That way, you have extras for late guests and volunteers. Here is a simple guide:
➯ Small dinner or Friendsgiving: 25 to 100 pieces
➯ School or church event: 200 to 500 pieces
➯ Large community or company event: 500 to 1,000 pieces or more
Also, think about what happens after the event. Leftover pieces can be handed out at the next event or kept for the holiday season. If you want more ideas for the weeks ahead, this post on customizable holiday gifts may help.
