By accessing or using our website in any way you are agreeing to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Air Trends International, Inc. also referred here as airtrendsinternational.com.

These terms will govern any orders placed with Air Trends International, Inc. and its affiliates; therefore we encourage you to read these terms prior to placing your order. By using our website or submitting an order to Air Trends International, Inc., you (also referred to below as the customer) are hereby agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of a written consent, and will be binding by the both the customer and/or their representative(s).

We market and sell our products, for purchase by adults. You agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and are fully able and competent to enter into the Terms and Conditions of this website.If you are under age 13, we ask that you do not submit any personal information to us. Please ask a parent or guardian to assist you.

You agree to not use airtrendsinternational.com to upload, e-mail, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

Do not hang air fresheners where they will obstruct your view or be a distraction. Some states or countries may restrict the use of hanging air fresheners on rear-view mirrors. It is your responsibility to know the laws of the state or country.

ORDERING PROCESS Payment is due in full prior to commencement of production. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing the order.

ONLINE ORDER - BANK CHARGES When placing an online order, if you press 'SUBMIT' more than once, your card may be charged again. Once you inform us of any such duplicate charges, we will promptly credit the amount back to you, however, we will not accept any responsibility for any subsequent bank fees that may be imposed upon you due to these duplicate charges.

Confirmation You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after an order is placed. The order will not be processed until payment authorization and address verification are confirmed.

*If you do not receive the emailed confirmation, please email us at order@Airtrendsinternational.com including your name, contact information and order specifications and date of order.

SPAM FILTERS / FIREWALLS Check your spam or deleted folders to ensure that these important emails are not blocked due to firewalls or spam filters on your computer.

*We will not be held responsible for failure of any email communication to you either due to incorrectly spelled email addresses, non-working email address or spam filters that prohibit our emails from reaching you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER Air Trends International, Inc. begins production on incoming orders once they are confirmed. Therefore, we are not able accept any order cancellation requests.

REPEAT ORDERS OR RE-ORDERS A repeat order (or a re-order) may not bear the exact colors as in the original order. This is due to several factors relevant to the inconsistency of raw materials, mixing of printing colors paper absorption and/or fragrance.

ARTWORK We pride ourselves on making an outstanding product that can be viewed and enjoyed by many people. We do not accept orders containing pornographic pictures or images or obscene language. If we receive a pornographic image or any nudity of children, we will report it to authorities. Air Trends International, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate any order for any reason without notice to you in its sole discretion.

UPLOADING ARTWORK Please follow instructions carefully to ensure a successful upload of your art. For best results use photos from a digital camera (cell phone photos produce a lower quality image), upload your art and photos at 150 dpi to size as a jpeg or EPS file with a maximum size of 7 mb. Due to the absorbent nature of the paper, ink colors come out slightly darker, so well-lit photos and distinct images work better. Higher quality photos produce better results.

ACCEPTED FORMATS *Four-color process and continuous-tone images with 150 dpi at actual size. All fonts (printer and screen) must be included with your file or all text should be converted to outlines or curves. Rasterize image, .tif, jpeg 150 dpi. *Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Air Trends International, Inc. will not be held liable under any circumstances.

IMPRINT SIZE Due to a finite imprint areas, we reserve the right to resize your image in order to fit it into the imprint area; regardless of what size you submit.

DEFAULTED FONT & IMPRINT COLOR In the event you fail to provide us with your 1) FONT choice or 2) IMPRINT COLOR choice, we reserve the right to use Arial font for our default font, and BLACK color imprint for our default imprint color.

IMPRINT COLORS/COLOR MATCHING Imprint colors must be carefully chosen. We recommend that you choose light colors to be printed onto dark colors, as this provides more contrast than a dark colored imprint on a dark colored item or a light colored imprint on a light colored. However, many customers have their own pre-conceived notions about what looks good and what does not, therefore, we will NOT judge your options NOR will we be responsible for the choice of imprint color(s) that you make.

We try to match your colors as closely as possible. An exact match cannot be guaranteed. Note that the imprint color may change due to the absorption of the materials, inks and fragrance. Consider color variations and effects when selecting colors. Printing the color black onto a navy or dark green may result in a hard-to-see imprint, as dark on dark does not stand out. In order to promote the best visibility of your custom logo/text, we strongly recommend that you print light colors onto a dark surface and dark colors onto a light surface.

FRAGRANCE Fragrance longevity varies according to the environment in which the air freshener is placed as well as the individual properties of a fragrance.

AIR FRESHENER HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS Air Fresheners once removed from the cellophane wrapper must be hung freely and not placed in contact with surrounding materials such as painted surfaces, plastic, leather, fabric, wood and all other materials. Keep away from children and pets. As with all air fresheners, if ingested, seek medical attention.

PRODUCTION TIME Ship times will vary according to the number of orders being placed. Most are shipped within approximately 10 to 14 business days from order date. Please note that we are not responsible for late receipt of any order due to any unforeseeable circumstances including production issues, supplier shortages, weather-related issues, any circumstances beyond our control or delays on behalf of the shipping company.

All production timelines reflect business days and may change without notice.

PRODUCT QUALITY / WEBSITE IMAGES We print our air fresheners on paper which is produced to absorb fragrance. This also creates slight inconsistencies in the deposit of inks. Therefore, the surface is porous and photos, images, designs and art printed on this surface produce a lower resolution. The design you see on the computer screen represents the art, but does not show how the finished product will look once printed on the air freshener paper. Due to the natural properties of the material and the production process, photo colors and line weight may vary. Slight variations and imperfections in the raw materials may result in possible changes to size, shape, color, marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered flaws.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY As you may be aware, custom printed products cannot be restocked. In fact, the industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy. REPLACEMENT POLICY When an error has been confirmed, (upon following instructions under "claims") we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. If we make an error, we will replace the product exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. Our policy to redo the order and ship it via ground shipping method will still prevail.

CLAIMS / REDOS Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims must be reported within 5 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Claims must be submitted to support@airtrendsinternational.com providing us with all the necessary information. 1. order number 2. customer name billing and shipping address 3. detailed description of problem (wrong item, incorrect imprint, etc.) 4. attach digital image(s) to your email depicting the problem. If unable to provide a photograph, you may send us a sample of the product instead. (The address is in "Contact Us".) Upon receipt of the "visual", we will promptly remedy the situation and redo the affected portion of the order if mandated. All redo's will ship via USPS or UPS Ground. If you require expedited shipping, you will be responsible for those charges.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In all circumstances, Air Trend International, Inc. maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Air Trend International, Inc. will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Air Trend International, Inc. will not be liable for any direct or third party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction or, misuse of the product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Air Trend International, Inc. and its underlying content and service providers, licensors and suppliers, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of submitted material or any other content you submit, post or upload to or transmit through our site, your use of our site, your connection to our site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law, or the rights of another, or any unauthorized use of copyrights, trademarks or other protected images, brands or names. These obligations will survive any termination of your relationship with Air Trend International, Inc. or your use of our website. Air Trend International, Inc. reserves the right to assume the defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Air Trend International, Inc. in asserting any available defenses.

MISCELLANEOUS Air Trend International, Inc. failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Florida. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Air Trend International, Inc. and you for any purpose concerning these terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Florida. Neither the course of conduct and/or course of dealing between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement. Air Trend International, Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Your rights and duties under these terms are not assignable by you without written consent of Air Trend International, Inc. These terms do not provide any third party with a remedy, claim, or right of reimbursement. You must file any claim or suit related to our website within one year after it arises.
